Service. AuthorityAlerts delivers alerts derived from public FMCSA registration, authority and insurance records. Records are provided as published by FMCSA and may contain errors or omissions.
Your use. You may use the data to market your own products and services. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the data or use it to build a competing data product. You are solely responsible for complying with laws that govern your outreach, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state do-not-call rules, and CAN-SPAM.
Billing. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until canceled. Trials convert automatically at the end of the trial period. Cancel anytime from Billing; access continues through the paid period. A refund of the first charge is available on request within 7 days.
Termination. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, exceed rate limits, or violate these terms.
No warranty. The service is provided as-is. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.
